Box Body Production Materials
- High-Quality Material: The salt spray test box is constructed from high-strength PVC, ensuring a smooth, flat surface that resists aging and corrosion. Unlike FRP, this material prevents surface fading and fibrosis over time, making it more durable for long-term acid and salt mist exposure.
- Transparent Observation Window: The box lid features a fully transparent impact-resistant plate, allowing users to monitor test samples conveniently. It includes a sealing water strip to prevent salt mist leakage.
- Installation Requirements: Operates on a single-phase 220V power supply, consuming 3kW at 50/60Hz.
- Advanced Heating System: Uses an infrared thermal core and a built-in nichrome alloy heating unit, ensuring fast, even heating. This system is 50% more energy-efficient compared to glass fiber heating systems.
