1. Scope of application:

It is suitable test for fire doors of various structures that block smoke during fire. Under the specified test conditions, test the smoke leakage rate of fire doors.

2. Design with reference to the following standards:

2.1 Refer to GB/T7633-2008 "Fire resistance tests—Door and shutter assemblies";

2.2 Refer to ISO 3008-2007 "Fire-resistance tests—Door and shutter assemblies" standard;

2.3 Refer to the NFPA "Fire Resistance Test Method for Fire Doors" standard;

2.4 Refer to the standard of Section 7.4.2.2 of GB14102-2005 "Fire Resistant Shutter".

2.5 Refer to the standard of ISO 5925-1:2007 "Fire tests— Smoke-control door and shutter assemblies - Part 1: Ambient - and medium - temperature leakage tests".

4. Engineering design and technical parameters

4.1 Test box:

4.1.1 Test chamber: consists of test area, air thermal circulation area and heat preservation area;

4.1.2 Test area:

4.1.2.1 Volume: 3020mm*3020mm*0.7m;

4.1.2.2 Material: USU304 stainless steel, thickness 3.0mm;

4.1.3 Air thermal circulation area: make the hot air swirl in the chamber, so that the heat can enter the test area evenly, and ensure the uniformity of the temperature in the test area;

4.1.4 Insulation area: The high temperature resistant fabric fiber surface is used for heat insulation, and the thickness of the heat insulation is 150mm, which can ensure that the temperature of the test area is 250°C, and the temperature of the outer shell is lower than 60°C;

4.1.5 Temperature range of test area: normal temperature~250°C;

4.1.6 Heating method: heating the air by means of electric heating;

4.1.7 Heating rate: It is a step-by-step heating, which is linearly heated to 160 °C within (20 ± 3) min, and then maintained at a constant temperature of (200 ± 20) ° C for a total time of (30 ± 3) min;

   4.1.8 Temperature measurement of the inner surface of the door: The temperature distribution of the inner surface of the door measured by each thermocouple should be controlled at (200±20)℃. During heating, neutral pressure should be maintained in the test chamber

4.1.9 Heating power: 140kw.

4.2 Measuring pipeline part of air supply system:

4.2.1 Composition: It is composed of blower, intake valve, connecting pipe, measuring section and reducing section;

4.2.2 Blower: it is a centrifugal fan, two groups, the air volume is 300m3/h per hour, and the power is 375w;

4.2.3 Intake valve: electric actuator is used to control the air volume;

4.2.4 Connecting pipes: 300mm in diameter and 1.0m in length

4.2.5 Air flow instrument (air supply system):

4.2.5.1 Use gas volume flowmeter to measure;

4.2.5.2 Airflow temperature measurement: use K type 1.0mm thermocouple to measure;

4.2.5.3 Range > 55 m3/h; Accuracy is 1 m3/h;

4.3 Test box measurement system:

4.3.2 Test chamber temperature measurement:

4.3.2.1 Use K-type thermocouple, metal armored thermocouple with an outer diameter of 1.0mm;

4.3.2.2 Accuracy: ±5℃;

4.4.3 The size of the test frame is 3.8m*3.8m

4.4.4 Fixing method of test frame: adopting cart type fixing

4.4.5 2 groups with test frame

4.5 Control part:

4.5.2 Real-time display of the relationship between air leakage rate and time under three pressures (10pa, 25pa, 50pa);

4.5.3 The temperature rise and control are controlled by P.I.D temperature control system;

4.6 Environmental requirements:

4.6.1 Ambient temperature: 20°C±10°C;

4.6.2 Ambient atmospheric pressure: standard atmospheric pressure;

4.6.3 Power supply: AC380v, frequency 50Hz, power 150kw;

4.6.4 Test space: 12m long, 8m wide and 5.5m high (including the placement of the test frame);

4.6.5 Keep the test space ventilated
