1. Scope of application:

1.1 Applicable to sprinkler flow coefficient measurement.

1.2 This equipment only provides sprinkler test device with nominal flow coefficient less than or equal to 115 as standard; sprinkler with nominal flow coefficient of 161 and 202 is optional test device, such sprinklers are used in special environments and are not commonly used.

2. Compliant standards:

Comply with the measurement of flow coefficient in section 7.4 of GB5135.1-2019 "Automatic Sprinkler System—Part 1: Sprinklers".


3. Main technical parameters:

3.1 Test medium: water

3.2 Test pressure: 0.1MPa-0.6Mpa;

3.3 Pressure measurement:

3.3.1 The pressure measurement is measured by hydraulic sensor;

3.3.2 Pressure measurement accuracy: greater than 0.4.

3.4 Flow measurement:

3.4.1 Use vortex flowmeter to measure;

3.4.2 Flow range: 0~500L/min;

3.4.3 Flow measurement accuracy: greater than 1.0;

3.5 Boosting method: booster cylinder;

3.6 Pressure regulation: the frequency converter is used, which is controlled and adjusted by the computer;

3.7 Medium temperature: room temperature;

3.8 Control mode: manual, computer control;

3.9 Program interface:

3.9.1 Flow coefficient: measure the flow rate of the sprinkler head every 0.10MPa, the pressure is from low to high, and then from high to low, the computer automatically calculates the flow coefficient K value and the average value of k for each pressure point;

3.9.2 Real-time pressure value display;

3.9.3 Real-time traffic display;

3.9.4 The above parameters are collected, recorded, saved and produced by computer and printed out;

3.10 Test sample: meet the test of 2 sprinklers at the same time.
