Fire Helmet Electrical Insulation Testing Apparatus  

1. Fire Helmet Electricity Insulation Test Apparatus Scope of application:

It is suitable for the electrical insulation performance test of fire helmets.

Place the helmet shell upside down on the wire mesh bracket in the test water tank, then pour water into the test tank and the shell until the water level rises to 20mm from the edge of the helmet. Insert the two electrodes connected to the output end of the high-voltage test bench into the water in the cap shell and the test tank respectively, wherein the electrodes of the test tank are connected with the wire mesh bracket as a whole. Then, start to boost the voltage to 2200v, keep it for 1min, and record the leakage current value.

2. Compliant standards:

Comply with Section 6.10 "Electricity Insulation Performance Test" of GA44-2015 "Helmets for firemen".
