Resistance To Corrosion Performance Test Apparatus

1. Scope of application

Used in the internal and external corrosion test of 12kg fire extinguisher.

2. Main features

The whole set is made of PVC board, and the advanced three-dimensional reinforcement technology of ring belt is used inside, the structure is strong and never deformed. It is equipped with double over-temperature protection and low water level warning to ensure safe use. Imported temperature controller, digital display, PID control, high stability platinum temperature measuring probe, error ± 0.3 ℃. The test tank adopts steam direct heating method, the heating speed is fast, and the standby time is shortened. The spray tower is equipped with a conical diffuser, which has the functions of directing the mist, adjusting the amount of mist, and evenly falling mist. The pressure barrel adopts Henry's law to heat and humidify and provide the humidity required by the laboratory.

3.1 Comply with the standard requirements of IEC 60068-2-11:2021 "Environmental testing - Part 2-11: Test - Test Ka: Salt mist";

3.2 Comply with the standard requirements of ASTM G85-02 "Standard practice for modified salt spray (fog) testing".

3.3 Meet the standard requirements of section 7.6.1 of ISO 7165-2009 "Fire fighting—Portable fire extinguishers—Performance and Construction"
