How to buy a tensile test apparatus

  Recently, many customers sent us inquiries of tensile test apparatus. They may not be very clear about many aspects of the tensile test machine. Here, Zonsky introduces several issues that you need to pay attention to during the process of buying the tensile test instrument.

1. Standard configuration

Three basic configurations of tensile test machines: host, miniature computer and printer. If the miniature computer function is powerful, it can be printed directly. Ordinary computers can also be used. When using computers, complex data analysis can be performed, such as data editing, local amplification, adjustable reports, and statistical analysis of the group mode. If the computer is used, the manufacturer should add the corresponding control system.

2. Test itinerary problems

According to the performance and requirements of the soft packaging film, the itinerary is 600-1500 mm. If the material extension rate exceeds 1000%, the driving distance can be 1000 or 1200 mm.

3. Consider whether to test the tensile range of the material

Different tensile testing machines are determined by the different sensors and the structure of the traction device, but this has little effect on the price (except the type of the door). For general soft packaging manufacturers, the range of 100N crab is enough. So this decides to use a single arm. Corresponding to the single-arm structure is the door-type structure, which can adapt to larger tension, such as one ton or more. So the soft packaging factory does not need such a big tensile.

4. Output results

The output of the test results can be set at will: maximum, extension, stretching strength, constant extension rate, constant extension, yield strength, elastic modulus, and maximum test force. This can be said to be the most comprehensive output in microcomputer operation. Some foreign manufacturers can generally export these 8 products. Some domestic manufacturers can produce 5-6 pieces, and other manufacturers can only produce the maximum, average, and minimum.

5. About experimental items that can be done

Soft packaging requires a multi-purpose stretch, that is, on the basis of different fixtures, stretching, compression, bending, tearing, cutting, 180 degrees of peeling, and 90 degrees peeling test can be performed. In addition to the above projects, there are some high-class tension machines in the market, because their high-precision sensors (some up to 350000) can also test the friction coefficient.

6. Measurement accuracy

The accuracy includes measurement accuracy, speed accuracy, deformation accuracy and displacement accuracy. These accuracy values can reach the highest positive and negative 0.5. But for general manufacturers, the accuracy of 1% is enough. In addition, the resolution can reach nearly 400,000 parts of the pullover.

7. Test speed

Some tensile test machines on the market are within the range of 10-500 mm/min. Some are within the range of 0.001-500 mm/min. The former generally adopts a normal speed regulation system with low cost and high accuracy. The latter uses a servo system with high cost and high accuracy. For soft packaging companies, the service system with a speed-regulating range of 1-500 mm/min is sufficient, does not affect accuracy, and the price is within a reasonable range.

8. The main configuration of the tension test machine

Transmission is divided into screw transmission and rack transmission. The former is expensive and used for high -precision, high repetitive testing; the latter is low in price and is used for low -precision, low repetitive detection. The screw plays a decisive role in tension accuracy measurement. There are roller screws, trapezoidal screws, and ordinary screws. Among them, the roller screw has the highest accuracy, but its performance depends on the operation of the computer servo system, and the whole set of prices is relatively expensive. The accuracy required for soft packaging is 0.1-1%, which can be achieved with ordinary screw and trapezoidal screw. The transmission has gear transmission and chain transmission. The former has high accuracy and high cost; the latter is low accuracy and low cost. Sensor, the main cost is life span, and optical induction is one of the relatively advanced technologies, which can generally use more than 100,000 times.
