ZY6501-01 Fire Hose Bending Test Apparatus

1. Scope of application:

1.1 Applicable to lining fire hose and fire hose bendability test;

1.2 It is suitable for fire hose tests with hose specifications of 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, and 100. Among them, hose specifications 50 and 65 are standard configurations, and our company will provide corresponding accessories at random.

2. Meet the standards:

3. Technical parameters

3.1 Clamp the sample on the bending test device, drain the air in the tank, close the exhaust valve, and evenly adjust the pressure to 0.8MP;

3.2 Specifications of the test stand: 2500mm for the bottom, 2450mm for the top, and 1000mm for the height

3.3 Bending radius: 250mm, 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500, 3000mm, 3500mm, optional;

3.4 Test stand: It is made of steel plate, using electrostatic high-temperature baking paint.

 

ZY6501-02 fire hose extension torsion test apparatus

1. Scope of application:

1.1 Applicable to lining fire hose, fire hose elongation, expansion rate and torsion direction test;

1.2 It is suitable for fire hose tests with hose specifications of 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, and 100. Among them, hose specifications 50 and 65 are standard configurations, and our company will provide corresponding accessories at random.

2. Meet the standards:

Comply with the elongation, expansion and torsion direction test in Section 5.7 of GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose". (NF S61)

3. Technical parameters:

3.1 Specifications of torsion frame: length 16m (including torsion device), height 1.4m and width 0.4m;

3.2 One set of twisting device

3.3 Material: Square steel is used, and the plane is made of 1.2mm thick steel plate, which is treated with high-temperature baking paint;

 

ZY6501-03 fire hose wear test apparatus

1. Scope of application:

1.1 Applicable to the wear resistance test of lined fire hose, fire wet hose and fire hose;

1.2 It is suitable for fire hose tests with specifications of Ф25mm, Ф40mm, Ф50mm, Ф65mm, Ф80mm and Ф100mm.

2. Compliant standards:

Comply with the wear resistance test in Section 5.12 of GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose". (NF S61)

3. Technical parameters:

3.1 Stable pressure during the test: between 0.45MPa and 0.55MPa;

3.2 Sample rotation speed: 27±1 rev/min;

3.3 Grinding head pressure: 105±5N;

3.4 Grinding head constant speed: 18~21mm/s reciprocating motion;

3.5 Round trip: 80mm;

3.6 Reciprocating times: 0~999 times can be set arbitrarily;

3.7 Abrasive belt: #240 abrasive belt

 

ZY6501-PC Hydraulic comprehensive testing apparatus of fire hose

1. Scope of application:

1.1 Applicable to lining fire hose test;

1.2 It is suitable for fire hose tests with hose specifications of 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, and 200. Among them, hose specifications 50 and 65 are standard configurations, and our company will provide corresponding accessories at random.

2. Compliant standards: (NF S61)

2.1 Comply with GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose" standard section 5.4 water pressure test and blasting test;

2.2 Comply with the GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose" standard section 5.5 wet hose seepage measurement test;

2.3 Comply with the GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose" standard section 5.13 connection performance test between the hose and the fire interface;
