1. Scope of application:

The Ventilation Aging Test Chamber is suitable for the change characteristics of electric wires, plastics, and rubbers before and after heating. In order to maintain fresh air in the box when the wires are heated, the adjustment of the ventilation volume is specially made. This testing machine is equipped with precisely designed air replacement adjustment device, digital watt-hour meter and timer, which can be used for the determination of air replacement rate. The horizontal forced air circulation system and the airflow adjustment plate on both sides of the interior ensure that the internal temperature of the testing machine is uniform and stable. This machine has passed the CCIC inspection, and our company has become a qualified production factory.

3.14 The cabinet has a five-layer structure: the first layer is an electrostatically painted steel plate, and the second layer is heat-insulating high-density rock wool. The third layer is a high temperature resistant electrolytic plate, the fourth layer is an air ventilation layer and a heat pipe layer, and the fifth layer is a stainless steel plate.

3.15.3 A set of air ventilation volume measurement device. (According to JISK7212, the air exchange rate of the aging furnace is measured from the power consumption, with a digital wattmeter and a digital TIMER)

3.15.4 One set of ventilation volume adjustment device. The air exchange rate is adjustable from 8 times to 200 times per hour, and is measured at 80°C.

3.15.5 Wide-angle projection lighting equipment.

3.15.6 A set of timers: used for aging timing and ventilation volume measurement timing.

3.15.7 A watt-hour watch made in Taiwan TAIK.

3.15.8 Equipped with four casters: two with brakes and two without brakes.

3.15.9 Air circulation system: multi-blade centrifugal circulation fan: 1& 220V 200W adopts forced air exchange, the air exchange rate can be as high as 200 times/hour, measured at a temperature of 80 ℃.

3.15.10 Circuit control system: The temperature controller adopts microcomputer electronic setting and digital display. This system adopts the control of PROPORTIONAL+INTERGRAL+DIFFERENTIAL+SCR (that is, proportional, integral, differential+SCR), which can improve the service life and stability of the control component interface.

3.15.11 It has the function of PID automatic calculation without manual setting. High-precision filament sensor is adopted.

3.15.12 The relay is Japan OMRON brand

3.15.13 The timer is Taiwan YANGMING brand

3.15.14 Motor: equipped with two motors;

3.15.15 Derivation of ventilation volume: obtained by using the formula of Japanese JIS7212 standard

X: Power consumption WH during ventilation.

Y: Power consumption WH during no ventilation.

V: The total volume inside the aging furnace (cm³).

D: Density of the air around the aging furnace (g/cm³).

T: The temperature difference inside the aging furnace.

The factory runs the aging machine for 48 hours.
