1. Scope of application:

2. Compliant standards:

2.1 Comply with ISO 834-1:1999 test standard “Fire-resistance tests — Elements of building construction—Part 1: General requirements”;

2.2 Comply with the test standard of ISO/TR 834-3:1994 "Fire-resistance tests — Elements of building construction—Part 3: Commentary on test method and test data application";

2.3 Comply with the test standard of ISO 823-5:2000;

2.4 Comply with the test standard of GB/T14907-2018 "Fire resistive coating for steel structure".


4. Project installation and overall planning:

4.1 Overall test planning: For the sake of safety, the overall laboratory is planned in three parts: 1. The gas and air room is a separate room; 2. The control room and the observation room are a separate room; 3. The test area is placed in a large space , to be well ventilated on all sides;

4.2 Gas control part:

4.2.1 The test furnace uses 50kg filling combined liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, divided into two groups with a total of 16 bottles. Using the automatic control circuit, when the pressure is lower than the set value during the test, the liquid phase switching valve will automatically switch to another group, which can prevent the gas from being suddenly exhausted during the test and interrupt the test.

4.2.2 In order to fully burn the gas after gasification, an air-fuel proportional valve is added to automatically adjust the ratio of air and gas to achieve the best combustion calorific value.

4.2.3 Burner: with automatic alarm device for non-ignition and flame extinguishing.

4.2.4 Burner (including: ignition, burner, flame detection, temperature control and other devices): a total of 20 sets.

4.2.5 Fuel consumption: 150~360M3/h. The fuel gas consumption can meet the test heating speed control, and contains a variety of working modes to adapt to the corresponding economical gas consumption in various working modes.

4.3 Test environment requirements:

4.3.1 Water: tap water pipe;

4.3.2 Electricity: AC380V, three-phase five-wire system, 50Hz, power 65kw;

4.3.3 Gas: 16 bottles of liquefied petroleum gas can be filled with 50kg. Eight bottles of one component and two sets. The fuel gas consumption can meet the test heating speed control, and contains a variety of working modes to adapt to the corresponding economical gas consumption in various working modes;

4.3.4 Required environment: good ventilation and easy operation. There are no flammable and explosive materials around.


5. The main technical parameters:

5.1 Instrument composition; fire resistance test horizontal furnace, combustion control part, gas gasification and decompression system, pressure release and pressure measurement system, flue gas emission system, computer control system, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system (furnace temperature data collection) system, test component temperature acquisition system) and special test software.

5.2 Test furnace: It is a horizontal horizontal test furnace, and the size of the furnace is 3.0M (length) x 4.2M (depth) x 1.5M (height).

5.3 Furnace body structure: It adopts a five-layer structure. When the inner temperature is 1300°, the outer layer temperature is normal temperature. From outside to inside, they are: the first layer is a steel structure frame; the second layer is made of red bricks to form the periphery; the third layer is refractory high temperature asbestos; the fourth layer is refractory bricks; the fifth layer is mullite refractory high temperature cotton, The refractory temperature reaches 1600°C. The temperature outside the furnace is normal temperature.

5.4 High pressure burner:

5.4.1 20 sets of 150kw power liquefied petroleum gas burners are used. The burners have air-fuel ratio control, and are equipped with corresponding gas control valves and air control valves to achieve the best combustion effect. In order to ensure safety, all burner models and components should be of internationally renowned brands;

5.4.2 Burner: with automatic alarm device for non-ignition and flame extinguishing;

5.4.3 Air-fuel ratio control: automatically adjust the ratio of air and gas, so that the gas can be fully burned;

5.4.4 Ignition control mode: automatic high-voltage electronic ignition control mode by computer program;

5.4.5 The number of torches used in the furnace shall meet the requirements of the standard time-temperature curve and ensure the uniformity of the temperature at each point in the furnace.

5.5 Gas pipeline and air pipeline: composed of electric actuator, butterfly valve, air-fuel proportional valve, secondary pressure reducing valve, manual butterfly valve, ignition controller, high and low pressure switch, gas overpressure relief valve, gasifier, gas gas Liquid separator, primary pressure reducing valve, liquid phase switching valve, gas pressure gauge, low pressure gauge, ball valve, gas leakage alarm, stainless steel hose, gas high pressure hose, etc.

5.6 Temperature measurement system:

5.6.1 Temperature measurement in the furnace: use a K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 2.0MM in accordance with GB/T 16839.1. The length of the hot end protruding from the stainless steel casing or porcelain casing is 25mm, and the number of thermocouples is 20, 10 on the left and right sides. The number, structure and arrangement of thermocouples conform to the provisions of GB/T9978.1-2008 and GB/T9978.5-2008;

5.10 Pressure relief system:

5.10.1 There are two smoke exhaust holes on the back side of the furnace wall, which are connected to the exhaust pipe to discharge the flue gas in the furnace body to control the pressure. Control the pressure in the furnace. The pressure release fan is controlled by a high temperature resistant 22kw powerful fan and a frequency converter, and its air volume is automatically controlled by a computer program to meet the requirements of combustion, pressure and smoke exhaust.

5.10.2 Pressure release pipeline: The part in the furnace is made of high temperature-resistant diameter 450mm, USU310S stainless steel tube, which can withstand high temperature of 1300℃, and has a manual valve on the upper part for air cooling. A welded pipe with a wall thickness of 5mm is used outside the furnace, and there are multiple water spray heads inside for water vapor cooling. The exhausted flue gas can drop below 150°C.

5.10.3 Pressure release power: AC380, 22kw high temperature resistant high pressure fan.

5.10.4 Cooling method: two synchronous cooling methods of air cooling and water vapor are adopted. The cooling pipeline is about 3m, and the cooling effect is very good.

5.10.5 Furnace pressure control and data acquisition, the furnace pressure can meet the requirements of the GB/T9978.1-2008 standard and the smoke exhaust system forms a control loop for real-time control;

5.14 Computer control system and data acquisition:

5.14.1 Use computer control. The data acquisition and analysis software can be open based on OPC, which is conducive to the subsequent function development and the addition of data acquisition; including: main control interface, furnace temperature curve interface, pressure display, specimen temperature interface, with functions such as historical data storage, query, etc. Convert to EXCEL document and save.

5.14.2 The test records (3 seconds/time) are stored by number and can be queried at any time; the printing effect of the test report can be viewed in real time, and it can be completed by simply clicking the buttons of start, calculation and save, which is easy to use.

5.14.3 At the same time, the data retrieval function is added, which can load the previous experimental data for recalculation and form a report.

5.14.4 Control system hardware: One set of Taiwan Delta PLC; 16-bit high-precision acquisition card channel is used as one and multi-channel temperature transmission module.

5.14.5 Free software upgrade for life.
