2. Scope of application:
2.1 It's applicable to strip or sheet materials with sample thickness less than 10.5mm that can self-supporting upright, and also suitable for homogeneous solid materials, laminates, foam materials, soft sheets and film materials with apparent density greater than 100kg/m³ and some foam materials with an apparent density of less than 100 kg/m³, and a test method for sheet-like materials or films that can be self-supporting upright is provided for judging the ease of combustion of materials in contact with flame in air.

4. Box structure

4.3 Burning Tube: It consists of a high-temperature and high-quality glass tube fixed on the base and imported a hybrid gase of oxygen-containing gas. Its size is inner diameter φ75mm, 450mm long, and exit inner diameter is φ40mm.
4.4 Mixer: It is installed on the base of the burning tube to make the entering mixed gas distributed evenly. It uses high -temperature and high -quality glass beads to fill in the form of oxygen and nitrogen evenly. (Glass bead φ4.5mm, filling height of 95mm)
4.5 Sample clamping: It is used to support the sample vertically in the center of the burning tube. It can be used for soft and hard plastic. Self -supporting fixture can clamp the sample vertically. The fixture and supporting borders are smooth, making the ascending air flow suffered from the minimum interference. Inner frame size: 140mm × 38mm.

5.1 The relay control system is adopted, and all electronics use the leading brand at home and abroad, which can better ensure the performance and detection accuracy of the machine.
