What is the Material Smoke Toxicity Test Equipment？

Material Smoke Toxicity Test Equipment is a device used to assess the toxicity of the gases and smoke emitted by materials when they burn. The primary purpose of this equipment is to analyze the types and concentrations of toxic gases, such as carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), and other harmful substances, that may be released during combustion.

This test machine is jointly developed by our ZONSKY and the "Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security", and has unique global leading technology.

1.The test device consists of annular furnace, quartz tube, quartz boat, flue gas collection and distribution components, temperature control system, furnace displacement system, and air supply system;

4.Maximum power: 1.5KW; heating power: 800-1000W;

5.Temperature control range: 300-1200℃, static ±0.5℃;

6.Control accuracy: static ±0.5°C (maintaining time greater than 2min); fluctuation is ±1°C during movement;

8.Quartz tube: steel jade tube, resistant to high temperature of 1600℃, easy to disassemble, easy to clean, and strong thermal conductivity;

10.Switching of gas passages: It can conveniently and quickly complete the switching between the poisoning box, the flue gas collection box and the exhaust gas;
