2. Compliant standards:
2.1 Meet the standard requirements of Section 6.7.3 of GB15090-2005 "Fire Hose Reel";
2.2 Comply with the standard requirements of Section 6.8 of GB8181-2005 "Fire nozzles".
3. How to use the equipment
3.1 Connect the equipment to the trachea and the air source.
3.2 Hang the spray gun on the test stand with the nozzle and switch facing downwards, and take the lowest part of the spray gun as the base point, and measure the distance 1.5m±0.05m. Then manually pull down the air valve switch to make the spray gun fall freely on the platform at a height of 1.5m±0.05m above the ground.
3.3 Repeat the drop 3 times for each position of each sample.
3.4 After the test, the spray gun should be free from cracking and deformation and can be used normally.
4. Technical requirements:
4.1 Test height: 1.0~2.0m adjustable;
4.2 Platform: made of 10cm reinforced cement board;
4.3 Fixture: Electric clamping function is adopted.
5. Attention:
5.1 When connecting the gas source, it must be connected correctly according to the equipment.
5.2 This equipment needs to be placed in a dry indoor environment without direct sunlight.
5.3 After completing the test, the gas source must be closed in time.
5.4 Regularly spray anti-rust oil on the surface of this equipment to prevent long-term rust.
