This Vibration Impact Test Machine Compliant with ISO 7165:2009 standards,It is suitable for the vibration impact test of 1~12kg portable fire extinguishers.
ZONSKY Fire Extinguisher Vibration Impact Test Apparatus is engineered to assess the durability and structural integrity of fire extinguishers when subjected to vibration and impact forces. This apparatus simulates the conditions experienced during transportation or handling by applying controlled vibration and impact cycles, monitoring for leaks, structural deformation, and component stability. It is suitable for the vibration impact test of 1~12kg portable fire extinguishers.
Compliance:Design according to the requirements of "7.7 Tapping test (powder extinguishers only)" in ISO 7165:2009 "Fire fighting—Portable fire extinguishers—Performance and Construction".
1.The whole machine is mainly composed of test bench, pulley, wire rope, cylinder, solenoid valve, specimen fixture, test cup, electrical control system, etc.
2.. Adjustable drop height: fix the steel wire rope on the specimen fixture, connect it with the cylinder through a pulley, and adjust the length of the wire rope to adjust the drop height.
3. Reasonable design and simple operation: through pneumatic components and solenoid valves, the cylinder pulls the wire rope to complete the lifting of the fire extinguisher. When falling, the cylinder quickly extends, and the wire rope becomes loose to complete a drop.
4. The number of vibrations can be set: imported pneumatic components are used, and the cylinder reciprocates to complete the vibration performance test; the system can set the vibration frequency and the number of vibrations.
1. Drop height: 15-30mm (adjustable)
2. Maximum load: maximum load 50kg,
3. Vibration frequency range: 0-1Hz (1 time/second)
4. Intake pressure: 0.1~0.2 Mpa
5. The number of vibrations: 0~999 times can be set, and it will stop automatically when the set number is reached.
6. Power supply: AC220V 50HZ 0.5kw
7. Dimensions: length × width × height (in mm) = 1000 × 500 × 1130.
