ZONSKY Fire Hose Bending Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the flexibility and structural durability of fire hoses under repeated bending conditions. This apparatus subjects hoses to controlled bending cycles, assessing parameters such as material fatigue, kink resistance, and resilience to deformation. 

It is suitable for fire hose test with hose specifications of 25, 40, 50, 65, 80 and 100. Among them, the hose specifications 50 and 65 are the standard configuration. Our company will provide the corresponding accessories at random. If you need to test other specifications of hoses, you need to purchase additional accessories of the corresponding specifications with our company.To be used in conjunction with our company's "ZY6501-PC Hydraulic comprehensive testing apparatus of fire hose" and the fire coupling machine, it needs to be purchased separately.

Technical parameters

1. Clamp the sample on the bending test device, drain the water in the tank, close the exhaust valve, and evenly adjust the pressure to 0.8MP;

2. Test frame specifications: 2500mm below, 2450mm above, 1000mm high

3. Bending radius: 250mm, 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500, 3000mm, 3500mm, any choice;

4. Water pressure source: use our company's "ZY6501-PC Hydraulic comprehensive testing apparatus of fire hose" and the fire coupling machine. Sold separately.

5. Test stand: It is made of steel plate and adopts electrostatic high temperature baking paint.
