It is suitable for the impulse shock resistance test of fire emergency lights.
ZONSKY Impact Testing Apparatus for Fire Emergency Lighting Luminaires is designed to assess the impact resistance and durability of emergency lighting units under simulated physical shocks. This apparatus applies controlled impact forces to luminaires, evaluating parameters such as structural integrity, lens protection, and continued functionality post-impact.
It fastens the sample (including centralized control system and emergency lighting controller) on the impact test bench according to its normal working position, starts the impact test bench, and for the sample with a mass of m (kg), the peak acceleration (100 -20m) g half-sine wave pulse with pulse duration of 11ms ± 1ms, 3 consecutive shocks (9 times in total) in each direction of the three mutually perpendicular axes.
