ZONSKY Powder Extinguishing Agent Electrical Insulation Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the electrical insulation properties of powder-based fire extinguishing agents. This equipment applies high voltage to the extinguishing powder to assess its dielectric strength and resistance to electrical conduction. 1. Instrument composition: It consists of a withstand voltage tester, a test cup, an electrode, and a drop test bench.
2. Test cup: The cup body is made of non-hygroscopic high insulating material. The distance between other parts of the disc-shaped electrode and the test cup is not less than 13mm. The distance between the top of the test cup and the top of the disc-shaped electrode is not less than 32mm. The test cup is removable, cleaned and polished, and the distance between the two disc electrodes can be adjusted.
3. Disc-shaped flat electrode: made of polished brass plate, with a diameter of 25mm, a thickness of not less than 3mm, and the edge at a right angle: the distance between the two electrode plates is 2.50±0.01mm
4. Withstand voltage tester:
4.1 AC voltage 0.5-10Kv. Accuracy ±3% ±3 words;
