It is suitable for the static operating temperature test of sprinklers.Sprinklers whose operating temperature does not exceed 79°C shall use a water bath, and those whose nominal operating temperature shall exceed 79°C shall use an oil bath.
ZONSKY Temperature Testing Equipment for Sprinkler Static Operating is designed to assess the activation temperature of fire sprinklers under controlled thermal conditions. This apparatus gradually exposes sprinklers to increasing temperatures to verify their responsiveness at specified activation points, evaluating the accuracy and reliability of thermal triggering mechanisms.
It is suitable for the static operating temperature test of sprinklers.Sprinklers whose operating temperature does not exceed 79°C shall use a water bath, and those whose nominal operating temperature shall exceed 79°C shall use an oil bath.
This instrument does not contain the air bath test of Section 7.7-i of GB5135.1-2019.

1. Structure: two sample areas for one instrument, water bath area and oil bath area, sharing the control system;
2. Number of samples: 10 samples at one time;
3. Heating rate: use programmable segmented heating. Under the condition that the heating rate does not exceed 20°C/min, heat from room temperature to 20°C lower than its nominal operating temperature, hold for 10 minutes, and then heat up at a rate of (0.5±0.1°C)/min until the sprinkler operates.
4. Temperature measurement:
4.1 Use PT100 temperature sensor to measure;
4.2 The temperature sensing point of the temperature sensor and the center of the thermal sensitive element are (40±10) mm from the liquid surface;
4.3 The temperature uniformity of the test area is less than 0.5°C;
4.4 Temperature sensor accuracy: ±0.1°C;
