Product Details
ZY6234 Bomb calorimeter apparatus
In a fully automatic bomb calorimeter with constant heat capacity, the combustion calorific value of micro-controlled building materials is tested and evaluated in accordance with the calorific value determination test methods specified in ISO 1716-2018 and EN 13501-1.
This oxygen bomb calorimeter features both an adiabatic calorimetric system and an isothermal calorimetric system. It automatically records temperature rise data and time, calibrates the temperature, directly calculates the gross and net heat values, and outputs the results directly.

Highlights
The flammability test apparatus' computer automatically records temperature rise data and time, and can generate graphical displays of the recorded data, including curve graphs, Excel spreadsheets, print functions, data entry, and command control.
Based on input data such as heat capacity, specimen mass, and heat added, the data recording center automatically performs temperature calibration and calculates the total heat value, then displays the results.
The Burning Heat Release Test Apparatus system features functions such as fault alarms and warning prompts to alert users when samples are found to be non-compliant.
*Notes: The equipment's test standards comply with ISO 1716-2018, “Fire Reaction Testing of Products—Determination of Heat of Combustion (Heat),” Section 7.9: Crucible Method for Testing Samples.
