Building Materials Non-Combustibility Test Apparatus
ZONSKY Building Materials Non-Combustibility Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the non-combustibility of construction materials. It exposes samples to high temperatures in a controlled environment to determine whether the material ignites, continues to burn, or contributes to fire spread. This device is widely used to test materials like insulation, cladding, and other construction components, ensuring that they meet fire safety standards.Talk To Our Team

Non-Combustibility Test ApparatusTest Device
The test device consists of a heating furnace, sample rack, airflow hood, thermocouple, voltage stabilizer, voltage regulator, control instrument, and a computer for control.
1. Heating Furnace
The heating furnace tube is made of bauxite refractory material with a density of (2010±30) kg/m³, a height of (150±1) mm, an inner diameter of (75±1) mm, and a wall thickness of (1.6±0.2) mm.
A heating coil is wound around the furnace tube following the GB/T5148-2010 standard. During the test, the airflow at the furnace’s bottom is controlled by a voltage stabilizer, while the airflow hood is mounted at the top.
The furnace can reach a heating temperature of 1250°C.
2. Thermocouple
A K-type thermocouple with a wire diameter of 0.3 mm and an outer diameter of 1.5 mm is used. The thermocouple’s junction is insulated and grounded.
It meets the first-class accuracy requirements specified in GB/T16982, with the thermocouple’s protection being stainless steel.
3. Specimen Holder and Insertion Device
The specimen holder is made of nickel/chromium alloy or heat-resistant steel wire and is fitted with a heat-resistant mesh. The mass of the specimen holder is (15±2) g.
The holder is suspended from a support frame made of stainless steel tube with an outer diameter of 6 mm and an inner diameter of 4 mm.
An insertion device is used to smoothly lower the specimen into the furnace. The device consists of a sliding rod that moves freely along vertical grooves outside the sample holder.
Main Features of the Host
The apparatus offers several features that enhance testing accuracy and ease of operation:
Integrated Control System
The system combines the heating furnace and control cabinet, ensuring stable operation and safety during testing.
Efficient Testing Mechanism
During the test, real-time results are displayed, including the temperature rise, cooling time, and the sample’s dynamic curve. The data is automatically generated, verified, and printed, and the report is available immediately.
