ZONSKY ZONSKY ASTM E1354 Cone Calorimeter is a specialized testing device used to measure the heat release rate, ignition time, and other combustion characteristics of materials under controlled conditions. In this test, a sample is exposed to a radiant heat source in a conical-shaped chamber, allowing for the evaluation of how materials behave when subjected to fire.

Radiation Cone

Rated power 4kW, radiation intensity 0.50kW/m², equipped with three thermocouples to measure temperature.

Radiation Shielding Layer

Made of non-water cooled 6 mm stainless steel with a total thickness of no more than 12 mm.

Radiation Control

The system keeps the radiation cone thermocouple within ±10°C of the preset value. Measuring range: 0 ~ 1000g, accuracy 0.1g.

Weighing Equipment

Made of stainless steel, with square opening (106 ± 1) mm², depth (25 ± 1) mm, thickness (2.4 ± 0.15) mm.

Positioning Frame

Stainless steel box: (111 ± 1) mm inner dimension, height (54 ± 1) mm, test surface opening (94.0 ± 0.5) mm × (94.0 ± 0.5) mm.

Smoke Exhaust System

Composed of centrifugal fan, smoke hood, air inlet and exhaust pipe.

Gas Sampling Device
