Using the 16-bit high-precision acquisition card with multi-channel module + microcomputer, the PID full-automatic control method is implemented, providing high-speed, reliable, and stable operation.
The furnace construction follows American GOVMARK technology. The furnace has a five-layer structure: the inner layer is 1300°C, the outer layer is room temperature. This design ensures long service life, and the inner layer insulation material is easy to replace.

The first layer is steel structure frame, the second layer is made of red bricks, the third layer is refractory high-temperature bricks, the fourth layer is refractory brick, and the fifth layer is a mullite refractory high-temperature cotton. The furnace body does not exceed 45 degrees.
