This equipment determines the thermal deformation degree of materials like plastics and wire rubber. The test process involves:
Placing the sample freely in the testing apparatus for 30 minutes at a specific temperature.
Sandwiching the sample between parallel plates, applying a specified load, and maintaining the same temperature for another 30 minutes.
Measuring the thickness difference before and after heating.
Calculating the deformation rate by dividing the thickness difference by the original thickness.
