Non-Combustibility Test Apparatus
ZONSKY offers advanced non-combustibility testing equipment designed for accurate performance evaluation under high-temperature conditions. The system supports full compliance with international fire test standards.
Test Device
The test device consists of a heating furnace, sample rack, airflow hood, thermocouple, voltage stabilizer, voltage regulator, control instrument, and a computer for control.
1. Heating Furnace
The furnace tube is made of bauxite refractory material with a density of (2010±30) kg/m³, height (150±1) mm, inner diameter (75±1) mm, and wall thickness (1.6±0.2) mm.
A heating coil is wound around the tube as per GB/T5148-2010. Airflow is regulated by a voltage stabilizer, and the airflow hood is installed on top. Heating capacity reaches 1250°C.
2. Thermocouple
Utilizes K-type thermocouple with wire diameter 0.3 mm and outer diameter 1.5 mm. Junction is insulated and grounded. Meets first-class accuracy of GB/T16982, with stainless steel protection.
3. Specimen Holder & Insertion Device
Holder is made of nickel/chromium alloy or heat-resistant steel with mesh, weighing (15±2) g. Suspended by stainless steel tube (6 mm OD, 4 mm ID).
The insertion device uses a sliding rod along vertical grooves for smooth placement into the furnace.
