Product Details
Vertical Fire Resistance Furnace
Brief Introduction
ZY6248A-PC is applicable to fire resistance tests of products such as doors and roller shutter assemblies installed at openings in vertical partition components that have lost their integrity of thermal insulation; it is also applicable to fire resistance tests of products such as fire doors, glass-paneled components, fire-resistant roller shutters, and fire-resistant glass products.
Highlights / Outstanding Features / Characteristics
1. One furnace can be used for multiple purposes and is compatible with multiple standards.
2. Utilizes a high-precision data acquisition card to collect data on various aspects such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate. This data is analyzed, processed, and controlled by a microcomputer to generate real-time, reproduced combustion data.
3. Employs a fully automatic PID control system, offering excellent stability, repeatability, and reproducibility.
4. Uses a Windows operating interface and LabVIEW Style, a globally renowned software for precision equipment. The interface is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly. Measurement results are displayed in real-time, and perfect curves are dynamically plotted. Data can be permanently saved, retrieved, and printed, and reports can be directly generated.
5. The furnace has a design life of over 15 years and is constructed using American GOVMARK technology.
6. Features a multi-layered safety protection system, including duct thermal protection, pressure relief protection, leakage protection, gas leak detection, gas pipeline safety protection, burner safety protection, and other safety facilities, comprehensively enhancing the safety factor.
7. The high-temperature hot air extracted from the furnace is air-cooled to ensure overall reliability.
