What is the Electronic Tensile Tester


Applicable to the adhesion strength test between fire hose linings (or outer cladding), that is, adhesion strength, elongation at break and strength at break test;The adhesion strength between fire hose linings (or outer cladding) is not less than 20N/25mm;The elongation at break of the fire hose lining is not less than 280%; the tear strength is not less than 12Mpa.

Main features:


1. Imported photoelectric encoder is used for displacement measurement;


2. The controller adopts embedded single-chip microcomputer structure, built-in powerful measurement and control software, which integrates measurement, control, calculation and storage functions;


3. It has automatic calculation of elongation and automatic statistical results of tensile strength;


4. Automatically record the force value or elongation of the maximum point, breaking point, and specified point;


5.The computer is used to dynamically display the test process and test curve, and to process the data. After the test, the graph processing module can be used to enlarge the curve for data re-analysis and editing, and can print reports. The product performance has reached the international advanced level;


6. The elongation at break device is equipped to automatically calculate the elongation at break.

11.1 Elongation at break and strength at break test of the rubber lining: according to Section 6 of GB/T528-2009, samples are taken with a dumbbell die, and the test is conducted according to Section 13 of GB/T528-2009;


11.2 Plastic lining, polyurethane lining elongation at break and tear strength test: according to GB/T1040.1-2006;


12. Overload protection: over 10% of the maximum load, the machine will automatically protect;


13. Power system: servo motor + ZNT high-precision ball screw;


14. Control part: full computer control, WIN software operation interface;
