Safety Nets Flame Retardant Tester is suitable for the determination of the combustion performance of various Fabrics Burning Test when the vertical bottom edge is ignited.
The Safety Nets Flame Retardant Tester is a specialized apparatus for evaluating the flame-resistant properties of safety nets under controlled conditions. It measures critical parameters such as ignition resistance, flame propagation rate, and residual flame duration after exposure to a specified ignition source.

1. Dimensions inside the test chamber: length 329* depth 329* height 767 (mm). It is made of steel plate with electrostatic high-temperature baking paint.
2. Sample clamp: It is composed of two U-shaped stainless steel plates with a thickness of 2.0mm, a length of 422mm, and a width of 89mm. The inner frame size is 356mm*51mm.
3. Igniter:
3.1 Structure: the inner diameter of the nozzle is 11mm, and the pipe head forms an angle of 25° with the vertical line;
3.2 Pressure: The inlet pressure of the igniter is 17.2±1.7kpa;
3.3 Ignition time: 0~99.99s/m/h, can be set arbitrarily, and the time control accuracy is 0.05s;
3.4 Gas: Propane gas is used for combustion in condition A, and methane with a purity of 97% is used for combustion in condition B;
3.5 Flame height: 20~60mm adjustable;
4. Support frame: fixed sample frame;
4.1 It consists of a rectangular metal frame, and 12 sample fixing pins are installed along the long side of the rectangular frame with a length of 560mm and a width of 150mm. The distances between the sample fixing pins and the bottom edge are 5mm, 10mm, 190mm and 370mm respectively 550mm and 555mm, the length of the fixed pin is 30mm.
4.2 Template: used for sampling and drilling.
5. Timing device: There are separate timing devices at the three marking lines, and the timing will stop automatically when each marking line disappears.
6. Test power supply: 220V±10%/50HZ;
7. Combustion gas source: industrial propane or butane gas; (customer-provided)
8. The customer needs to prepare the sample size:
Condition A: The size is 300mX89mm, 5 pieces are taken in the warp (longitudinal) direction, and 5 pieces are taken in the weft (horizontal) direction, a total of 10 samples.
Condition B: The size is 300mX89mm, take 3 pieces in the warp (longitudinal) direction, and take 2 pieces in the weft (horizontal) direction, a total of 5 samples.
9. Combustion blowtorch: Nozzle diameter: ¢0.19mm.
10. Flame height: the inner flame height of surface ignition is 25mm, and the inner flame height of bottom edge ignition is 40±2mm;
11. Gas pressure: 17.2kPa ± 1.7kPa;
12. Combustion meter: 99.99H/min/s can be set arbitrarily; resolution: 0.01s/min/h, precision: 0.1s
13. Flame delay meter: 99.99H/min/s can be set arbitrarily; resolution: 0.01s/min/h, precision: 0.1s
14. Angle between the axis of the igniter and the surface of the sample: 0°/90° can be converted;
15. Ignition system: high-voltage electronic automatic ignition;
16. Igniter: adopt automatic movement and automatic angle conversion.
