The Flame Propagation Test Apparatus Comply with IEC60332-1-1:2004 and IEC60332-1-2:2004 standard,It is suitable for measuring the non-continued burning after extinction of burner performance of single plastic wire, control, cross-linking, elevator, marine, mining cable, etc.
The Flame Propagation Test Apparatus for a Single Insulated Cable is a precision testing device used to assess the flame spread characteristics of individual insulated cables under controlled conditions. This apparatus subjects the cable to a vertical or horizontal flame exposure, measuring parameters such as ignition time, flame spread length, and duration of combustion. It provides critical data on the cable’s fire resistance and self-extinguishing properties, supporting compliance with industry standards for safe electrical installations in buildings and other environments.
Compliance:IEC60332-1-1:2004 "Test on electric and optical fibre cables under fire conditions—Part 11: Test for vertical flame propagation for a single insulated wire or cable—Apparat us". IEC60332-1-2:2004 "Test on electric and optical fibre cables under fire conditions—Part 12: Test for vertical flame propagation for a single insulated wire or cable—Procedure for 1KW pre-mixed flame" standard requirements.
