Fire Extinguisher Vibration Test EquipmentThe ZONSKY Fire Extinguisher Vibration Impact Test Apparatus is designed to assess the durability and structural integrity of fire extinguishers when subjected to vibration and impact forces. It simulates transportation and handling conditions by applying controlled vibration and impact cycles to evaluate performance factors such as seal integrity, structural deformation, and component stability. This device is suitable for testing portable fire extinguishers weighing between 1–12kg.Talk To Our Team Compliance:- Designed according to the requirements of “7.7 Tapping test (powder extinguishers only)” in ISO 7165:2009 “Fire fighting—Portable fire extinguishers—Performance and Construction”.
Fire Extinguisher Vibration Test Equipment Main Features:- The machine mainly consists of a test bench, pulley, wire rope, cylinder, solenoid valve, specimen fixture, test cup, and an electrical control system.
- The adjustable drop height feature enables operators to fix the steel wire rope on the specimen fixture, connect it to the cylinder via a pulley, and control the drop height by adjusting the rope length.
- The system uses pneumatic and solenoid components for a simple and reliable lifting mechanism. The cylinder pulls the wire rope to lift the fire extinguisher, and upon release, the wire rope loosens, allowing the extinguisher to drop.
- The apparatus allows users to set vibration frequency and number of repetitions. The imported pneumatic components ensure accurate and consistent reciprocating vibration to simulate transport conditions.
