Description
Equipment Composition
Includes test devices, test boxes, smoke density measurement devices, data acquisition systems, and compliance with GB/T 8323.2-2008 and ASTM E662.
Smoke Density Test Box
Consists of a closed combustion test box, photometer measurement system, radiation cone device, combustion system, weighing instrument, igniter, test box bracket, temperature measuring instrument, and smoke density test software.
Test Chamber
Dimensions: Width 914±3mm, Height 914±3mm, Depth 610±3mm. The inner and outer walls are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and durability.
Hinged Front Door
Designed for full opening. Equipped with a viewing window and a smoke-sealing rubber strip to prevent leaks. A ventilation slit is installed at the top of the viewing window.
Outer Box
An integrated housing for ease of operation. Dimensions: Length 1522mm, Width 1016mm, Height 1016mm.
Radiation Cone Device
Includes an electric heating tube, weighing unit, PID temperature controller, heat flow meter, sample box, ignition system, and conforms to GB/T 8323.1, GB/T 8323.2, ISO5659-2:2012, and other standards.
Heat Radiation Power
The electric heating tube is 2500W, installed in a double-layer stainless steel shell filled with heat-resistant fiber. It produces 10kW/m²–50kW/m² radiation intensity at the sample surface center. During testing, the radiation intensity measured 25mm away from the sample center must be at least 80% of the central intensity. The control accuracy is ±0.6 kW/m².
