Combustion Box

• • Volume: 0.5m³; precision-processed CNC machine structure with a smooth, aesthetically designed arc shape.
  • The box top has a strong circulation system, discharging exhaust gas outdoors after the test is completed. A sealed design prevents leakage before testing.

Burning Torch

• • The flame output power is 50W, meeting ASTM D5027 standards.
  • Inner Diameter of the Burner Outlet: ϕ9.5mm
  • Seam Outlet: ϕ0.91 ± 0.03mm
  • The nozzle height is adjustable from the air inlet.

Sample Holder

• • Horizontal Test Angle: 0 degrees
  • Vertical Test Angle: 45 degrees
  • Sample size: 150mm – 150mm, with adjustable support.
